Leave a small (yet fairly nice) bottle of perfume on her desk, put it there anonymously. Preferably, put it there and leave until after she comes in, that way it looks like someone prior to you getting there left it.
Maybe she'll put some on.
If that doesn't work... try scented soap.

I did the right thing:
I emailed my supervisor explaining my discomfort and how I couldn't help it anymore, and that I didn't want to say anything to avoid confrontation, so she could do it, since that's her job to piss people off. And she sent the chick next to me home for hygiene issues.

You could always wait for her to leave for some reason... break/bathroom/lunch... and then spray the lysol and stick an air freshener in her desk.

High fives. That was the absolutely most proper thing you could have done, and I feel stupid for forgetting that.

I hope you don't have the only cubicle adjacent to hers or she'd know who was complaining ....
.....on the other hand, who cares if she knows? You probably did her a favor.
I once had to sit through a 1.5 hour lecture next to a guy who's body odor was so bad it made my eyes water.... ughh.

there was a girl at work that smelled very strongly of sweat, i finally just told her one day, "you know, some people talk about you and say that you smell bad, you may wanna consider getting a different brand of deodorant" i told her when no one else was listening, and i didnt laugh or make any smart remarks about it, and didnt seem offended, and she doesnt seem to stink as bad anymore, so maybe you can just tell her in a non-offensive way, and maybe she will do something about it.
